Performance Data

The Performance Data section displays additional performance data associated with the pump selected.  The Additional Data page has been enhanced to differentiate between Pump supplier and User driven performance adjustments.  The image below is a example of the Performance section of the General Pump Data twistie of the Additional Data tab of the Performance Datasheet Page.

Fields:

• Head, maximum diameter, rated flow

  Displays the head at rated flow maximum diameter.

• Head, minimum diameter, rated flow

  Displays the head at rated flow minimum diameter. For single fixed trim pumps, the head at rated flow for minimum and maximum diameter will be equal.

• Head, maximum, rated diameter

  Displays the maximum head at rated diameter.

• Efficiency adjustment factor, total

  Displays the total adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's efficiency.  The total adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.  

• Power adjustment, total

  The power adjustment associated with the efficiency adjustment.

• Head adjustment factor, total

  Displays the total adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's head.  The total adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.  

• Flow adjustment factor, total

  Displays the total adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's flow.  The total adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.  

• Flow adjustment factor, efficiency only (shift BEP)

  Displays the adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's flow  performance for efficiency only (shift BEP).  The adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.

• Flow adjustment factor, end-of-curve only

  Displays the adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's flow at the end-of-curve only.  The adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.

• MCSF adjustment factor, total

  Displays the total adjustment factor applied in the calculation of the pump's MCSF.  The total adjustment factor is the product of the pump supplier's factor and the user's entered factor.

• User applied performance adjustment comments  

  Displays any comments that were entered while defining Performance Adjustments on the Conditions of Service.  

• NPSH margin dictated by pump supplier

  Displays the margin applied specified by the supplier when evaluating the NSPH required. The margin may change based on Conditions of Service Page defined as determined by the suppler.

• NPSH margin dictated by user

  Displays the margin specified by the user when evaluating the NSPH required. See selection constraints on the Conditions of Service page for more information.

• NPSH margin used (added to 'required' values)

  Displays the total margin applied (user and supplier margins) when evaluating NPSH required.
