The Administrative Information section of the Customer Details screen provides unalterable data for administrative purposes only.

The Created by field displays the user name who first created the customer record.
The Created date field displays the date the original customer record was created.
If the active field is checked, the customer is currently active in the system. If the active field is not checked, the customer is not currently active in the system.
The Last modified by field displays the last user to make any changes to the customer record.
The Last modified date field displays the date that the customer record was most recently saved.
For companies that use Intelliquip Integration services, this field will inform you of the status of the customer record in relation to your back-end system (such as errors concerning incomplete information, transmission problems, etc.).
