Customer Details Overview

The Customer Details page is where you enter information about a specific customer. The minimum criteria for entering customer details is identified by a red asterisk (*).

 

 

The page is broken down into seven main sections:

Mandatory fields

 

Certain fields may require data before a customer record can be saved.  These fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*) next to the field:
