The Header Information section of the Customer Details screen provides data input fields and a drop down menu. These are used to capture specific customer information.

The Company-Location ID field is automatically assigned by the system when entering a new customer into the database.
The Customer Number field is used to capture a specific customer number assigned by a user or data entry person.
The Organizational Unit field contains a drop down menu with pre-populated company organizational units specific to a particular authorized user.
