Administration Information

The Administrative Information section of the Quote Details screen provides unalterable data for administrative purposes only.

Fields

• Created by

  The Created by field displays the user name who first created the quote

• Created date

  The Created date field displays the date the original quote was created

• Order submitted date

  The Order submitted date by field displays the date the order was submitted.  

• Last modified by

  The Last modified by field displays the last user to make any changes to the quote

• Date last saved

  The Date last saved field displays the date that the quote was most recently saved.

• Integration status

  For companies that use Intelliquip Integration services, this field will inform you of the status of the quote or order in relation to your back-end system (such as errors concerning incomplete information, transmission problems, successful transmission etc.)
