Complete Quote Package

An example of the Complete Quote Package documents section of the Quote Documents Page is displayed below. There is only one document associated with a complete quote, which is generally a single PDF document containing multiple quote document pages. For more information, click on the sections below.

Complete Quote Package

By clicking the document icon to the right (), a user will start the process to generate a Complete Quote Package which will launch in the area that displays the Quote Documents Status Page. This package may contain any one or all of the following items for each selected piece of equipment, depending on the user's instructions to the program itself:

• Cover Letter

• Terms and Conditions

• Commission Worksheet

• Customer Price Sheet

• Performance Data Sheets

• Construction Data Sheets

• Performance Curves

• General Arrangement Drawing

• Special Attachments

Once the Complete Quote Package is generated, it can be viewed by clicking the PDF icon to the left ().
