Order Details

The Order Details page is where a user will either view information or edit information pertinent to a specific order and customer.  The minimum criteria for entering order details is identified by a red asterisk (*).

The Order Details page is usually broken down into six main sections:

1. Basic Order Information

2. Customer Information

3. Activity Time Line

4. Sales Information & Security

5. Product Quoted (viewable only after opening an order, not when editing an existing or new order)

6. Administrative Information (viewable only after opening an order, not when editing an existing or new order)

Each of the above sections can be expanded or collapsed by clicking its respective triangular button.
