An example of the Quote Level Worksheets section of the Quote Documents Page is displayed below. There are two worksheets typically associated with a quote.
Quote Worksheet
The Quote Worksheet is an area where a user is able to make project
level pricing adjustments, currency exchange rates adjustments, etc.,
depending on a user's level of authorization. By
clicking on the document icon to the right (), a user will have access to the Quote Worksheet
which will launch in the area that displays the Quote
Documents Status Page. See Generating
a Quote Worksheet for more details. This page is only available to
users with the "Override: Access quote worksheet page" role
privilege.
Once the Project Worksheet is generated, it can be viewed by clicking
the PDF icon to the left ().
Commission Worksheet
The Commission Worksheet is an area where a user is able to make commission
assignments and adjustments based on company policy, depending on a user's
level of authorization. By clicking on the document
icon to the right (), a user will have access to the Commission Worksheet
which will launch in the area that displays the Quote
Documents Status Page. See Generating
a Commission Worksheet for more details. This
page is only available to users with the "View Commissions: Indirect"
role privilege within organizations that do not use the "simple,
no commission worksheet" method for calculating indirect commission.
Once the Commission Worksheet is generated, it can be viewed by clicking
the PDF icon to the left ().
Item Summary
Item Summary is an area where a user is
able to select a subset of data to generate an excel file with the corresponding
data for all items in the selected quote. By clicking
on the document icon to the right (), a user will have access to the Item Summary
which will launch in the area that displays the Quote
Documents Status Page. See Generating
an Item Summary for more details. This page
is only available to organizations that have Item Summary Page defined
in their Quote Manager database.
Multi-item Option Override
Multi-item Option Override is an area where
an user is able to price options for all items in a quote on a single
page. By clicking on the document icon to the right
(),
a user will have access to the Multi-item Option Override which will launch
in the area that displays the Quote
Documents Status Page. See Generating
an Multi-Item Option Override for more details. This
page is only available to organizations that have "multiItemRfqEdit"
enabled in their Quote Manager settings and to users who have Configurator
access.
