Product line prices are populated in the price index table (s). This table offers flexibility in choosing options that determine the prices. In addition, prices can be driven basis material through the use of performance options using price factors.
In the navigational tree, open the engineering data folder for the product line to edit.
Click
on reference prices folder in the navigational
window
Right click and select the new button to create a table.
Note: A new table will be placed in the reference price folder. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to create the necessary tables.
Open the reference price folder in the navigational tree.
Select
a reference price table to edit.
The data manager window will display the reference prices table.
Enter a row rule.
Enter column rule or rules..
Insert the numbers of columns needed to populate your data.
Select or manually enter the rule criteria for the columns.
Enter data in the appropriate column-row cell relationship. See the below examples.

Remember to assign
the correct units
of measure before entering
data.
Example 1 - Price Index Table with pumps size and material as the rule criteria.
(Pump size, material, cast iron, and ductile iron were selected from drop down selection boxes.)
Example 2 - Price Index Table with pumps size and stages as the rule criteria.
(Pump size and stages were selected from drop down selection boxes, the number of stages was manually entered..)
Example 3 - Price Index Table with pumps size, material, and stages as the rule criteria.
(Pump size, material, stages, cast iron, and ductile iron were selected from drop down selection boxes, the number of stages were manually entered.)
