Factors for the reference prices are populated in the reference price factor table. This table offers flexibility in choosing options that determine the price factors. This table is typically ( but not limited) to support closed coupled pumps in which the reference price table would contain the liquid end prices, and this table would contain price factors for motor power and speed selections.
In the navigational tree, open the engineering data folder for the product line to edit.
Click
on price factor in the navigational tree
The data manager window will display the reference prices factor table.

Select or manually enter the rule criteria for the columns.
Insert data in the appropriate column-row cell relationship. See the below examples.
Important
:
Remember to assign the correct units of measure before entering data.
Example 1 - Reference Price Factor Table with pumps size and material of construction as the rule criteria.
(Pump size, material, ductile iron, and cast steel were selected from drop down selection boxes.)
Note: In this example Mtl-DI and Mtl-CS represents ductile iron and cast steel respectfully. This simply represents an alternative in identifying option ID's for the material.
Example 2 - Reference Price Factor Table with pump size and stages as the rule criteria.
(Pump size and stages were selected from drop down selection boxes, the number of stages were manually entered.)
Example 3 - Reference Price Factor Table with pump size, material, and stages as the rule criteria.
(Pump size, material, stages, cast iron, and ductile iron were selected from drop down selection boxes, the number of stages were manually entered.)
