The torque limits table is used to define specific pump torque limits which are dependent on rules specified in the table. The table offers flexibility in choosing rule options which determine the torque limits. Torque limits defined in this table will override any shaft power limits defined in the pump size table.
In the navigational tree, open the engineering data folder for the product line to edit.
Click
on Torque limit [hp/100 rpm] in the navigational
window.
The data manager window will display the torque limits table.
Enter a row rule.
Enter column rule or rules.

Torque limits table with two columns inserted
Select or manually enter the rule criteria for the columns.
Enter data in the appropriate column-row cell relationship. See the below example.
Important
:
Remember to assign
the correct units
of measure before entering
data.
Example 1 - table with pump size and material as the rule criteria.
(This example demonstrates how the table would be populated to have torque limits dependent upon pump size and material of construction. )
